Product conditions - new, display model, and used

At W OutletBaby, you’ll find products in three conditions. Before purchasing, check the condition of the selected variant and the description of the individual item - the same model may be available in different conditions.

New

Unused product. The “new” label alone does not promise an intact seal or a perfect box. Check the listing for information about the packaging and what’s included.

Ex-display

Product in very good condition, offered as ex-display. It may show signs of being on display or unpacked. The original packaging may be missing or replaced with alternative packaging. Details and any signs of use are listed in the description of the individual item.

“Ex-display” does not automatically mean “brand new.” The category alone does not confirm the item’s usage history, whether its accessories are new, or whether any parts have been replaced.

Used

Previously used product in good condition. It may show visible signs of use. Assess its condition, included items and any missing or damaged parts based on the description of the specific listing.

Packaging, accessories and photos

The product listing determines what’s included in the set. A catalog photo doesn’t confirm that all the accessories shown are included. If the description and photos are unclear, contact us before purchasing: shop@outletbaby.com, and include the product link and condition you’ve selected.

Breast pumps and hygiene products

The condition of a device alone does not confirm that parts that come into contact with milk, mouths or skin are new, replaced or sterilized. If the listing doesn’t clarify this, ask customer service to confirm before purchasing. This also applies to battery tests, operating time and the detailed history of the individual item.

Does the condition affect the protection period?

We do not shorten statutory protection based on a product’s condition. For consumer purchases, new, ex-display and used products are covered by the seller’s liability for lack of conformity with the contract, if discovered within 2 years of delivery. This is not an additional manufacturer’s or store warranty.
